Rules
1.
Winning teams are responsible for submitting game
results within 24 hours of the completion of the
game. Winning teams are also encouraged to call
in their game results to The Daily Gleaner
Sportsline (452-6688). Must report goalscorers
from each team and spell any unusual names.
2. Home
teams are responsible for submitting "tie
game" results within 24 hours of the
completion of the game.
3.
Standings will go in the sports page of The Daily
Gleaner during Christmas break.
4. Teams
require 48 hours notice of a cancellation (unless
weather-related). Cancelling team must notify
Bantam Coordinator (Leslie)
5. Home
team responsible for booking and compensating
referees and scorekeepers.
6. Each
team plays 12 regular season games, one home and
one away against each team. Regular season will
end on Feburary 10, leaving 2 weeks for make-up
games.
7.
Make-up games can be scheduled between the two
affected teams. You do not have to go
through Leslie MacNeill. Please notify Leslie of
the game results.
8. Due
to there being an odd number of teams (7), there
may be one team each weekend that will not be
booked for a league game. Whenever possible, I
will try schedule it so that it is a team that is
not available anyway (tournament, etc.). Any team
not playing a league game on a particular
weekend, can always schedule an exhibition game.
9.
Playoffs will begin on Saturday, February 23.
All
series are best of three.
All teams will participate in the playoffs.

One - Team 2 vs Team 7, Team 3 vs Team 6, Team 4
vs Team 5, Team #1 gets bye into Round Two

Two - Team #1 vs lowest ranked winner of Round
one, Higher ranked from round one vs other
hi-ranked
